Kathryn made all the difference. We had difficulty with BOOKING.com. Kathryn was able to help us fix it. We had added an additional day to our stay and Kathryn personally came to our room to have us sign a form. There was a hint of the smell of cigarette smoke. Kathryn said;this will not do, we are a smoke free Hotel and immediately changed our room”. I’ve stayed here before and Kathryn is always cheerful, and makes a difference. GREAT SERVICE!

We were supposed to stay at a Days Inn, but the Days Inn was disgusting. We had to change hotels last-minute, and Baymont made it so easy. Baymont’s quality and cleanliness was a relief for us.

This is a very friendly, clean, and convenient hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all my questions. However, don't expect a Ritz Carlton type of hotel. That's not what this hotel was designed for. The rooms are functional.

When we first arrived back on the 16th, there was no record of a reservation due to a questionable booking company--NOT Booking.com. Tammi helped us find a solution and we were actually charged a bit less. Tammi and the staff were extremely helpful--Sharon as well. This most recent stay was just as nice. We will continue to stay at the Baymont in future visits.

We thought the Bed, Mattress and Pillows were very comfortable. The area was quiet and the hotel was clean. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast but would have it we would have had more time.
